We love sugary and starchy foods and the bacteria in our mouth love it too, which later causes gum disease and tooth decay.

Water

nuts are very beneficial for your teeth. Nuts are loaded with a lot of important elements such as calcium and phosphorus. Especially almonds, cashews, and brazil nuts, these prevent tooth decay and fight with bad bacteria.
